
In an industry that is still conducted through personal and often face-to-face contact between stakeholders, our goal was to bring Antwerp diamond community members on board of the digital world. Apart from dedicated lunchtime seminars and webinars, we designed and successfully implemented a digital services platform, where community members can track and trace their daily shipments through the (import & export) Diamond Office, manage and consult their invoices, customs declarations online, etc. Since its launch, over half of Diamond Office customers have been onboarded onto MyAWDC.
